Hostels and guest houses A From $135 a week
Hostels are usually run by organisations such as Youth Hostels Australia (www.yha.com.au) and the Young Men's Christian Association (www.ymcasydney.org). Students share kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Share accommodation AU $100–A$200 a week
Rental accommodation AU $250–A$400 a week
Accommodation arranged through a Real Estate agent will be subject to a standard lease. A bond, usually equal to 4 weeks rent is lodged with the Rental Bond Board.
